This website is a CMS website. Note the log in form at the top where I can sign in or people can become members in order to get special content, or more menu items. I can also allow people to comment on my articles, or create a forum for people to talk about whatever they want to. If you do a little research, you will fnd that most companies charge from 3,000 to 35,000 to customize a CMS for you. I doubt you will ever really nail them down to a price. I have contacted a few, to see if they could quote me ANY price and they failed. I challenge you to try the same.
Most people will want a content management system simply so they do not need to hire someone every time they want to change content on a page, add a new page or simply update the copyright information.
